General Sales
PRESENTATION
The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests whose attire is indecent or neglected, as well as those exhibiting noisy or inappropriate behavior. Similarly, access may be denied to anyone whose conduct goes against public decency and order.
PAYMENT
Full payment must be made upon arrival. We accept cash and credit card payments, including Visa and Mastercard. Each guest staying at our establishment must present an identification document. If this document cannot be provided, we will be obliged to refuse your room rental request.
In the Event of Interruption
CANCELLATION
We offer two types of reservations:

"Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Rate" (NC/NR): Full payment is required at the time of booking, with no possibility of a refund for nights and services.

"Flexible Rate":

Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: No fees

Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total stay amount will be retained.

Cancellation less than 6 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay amount will be retained.
No refunds will be granted in case of an interrupted stay. Additionally, in the event of an early departure, the total amount for the stay will be due according to the booking conditions. Delays in arrival or early departures will not result in any refunds.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax, not included in the reservation price, is applicable in the municipality.
Pricing
NA/NR rates are not available if the reservation is made on the day of arrival. Our establishment offers dynamic pricing, meaning room rates may fluctuate based on current bookings and future forecasts.
Arrival
We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible on the day of your arrival. Generally, rooms are available from 4:00 PM. If you arrive after 11:00 PM, please call the hotel by 10:00 PM to arrange your check-in.
Departure
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to keep the room until 2:00 PM for a late check-out, only upon request and subject to availability, for a fee of €20. Note that unauthorized late check-outs will automatically incur an extra night's charge without the possibility of a refund. If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment must be made before 11:00 AM, subject to availability.
Room Access
Your room is intended for a specific number of people; a child, regardless of age, is considered a person. We are insured for a maximum number of people, which must not be exceeded; beyond that, the insurance will not cover any issues. To comply with hotel safety rules, you must not accommodate additional people. Please ensure your room door is securely closed before leaving or going to bed.
Parking
Our parking is reserved exclusively for those renting a room in the hotel. Your vehicle remains your responsibility entirely. It is advisable not to leave items in plain sight. As a courtesy, please park your vehicles in a manner that does not take up excessive space, which could inconvenience others.
Prohibitions
We remind you that smoking is prohibited in all public places since January 2, 2008. Smoking is also strictly forbidden in the rooms for safety and comfort reasons (non-compliance will result in a €200 fee per stay to restore the room). Eating or cooking in the rooms, as well as using gas appliances such as stoves or woks, is prohibited. Additionally, conducting business within the hotel or on the parking premises is not allowed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is accessible 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM by reservation only, at least 24 hours in advance. It is possible to modify this schedule upon prior request and subject to availability.
Half-Board & Full Board
Dinner and/or lunch consists of an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert. No drinks are included in the half-board and full-board packages, except for drinks served at breakfast.
Reception
The reception declines any responsibility for your luggage or items left in public areas. The hotel staff is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the hotel's phone number: 0450474600.
Damage
We ask that you respect the premises and the decor of your room. In case of a problem, the client's civil liability may be engaged. During your stay, a key will be provided for access to your room; in case of loss, the key will be charged €20.
Housekeeping
Room cleaning is done daily. Please use the double-sided sign on your room door to indicate to staff that cleaning can be done. Towels that are hung up will not be changed; if you wish to replace them, please leave them on the floor or in the shower. These towels should not be used outside the room.
Disturbances
To respect the rest of other guests, please avoid slamming doors or making excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any noise disturbance linked to the behavior of a person may result in the guest being asked to leave the establishment without a refund if it affects the tranquility of other guests (art. R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place of rest.
Internal Regulations
The hotel's internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the hotel's specific conditions and internal regulations.
Non-Compliance with Provisions
In case of non-compliance by the client with any of these provisions, the hotelier reserves the right to invite the client to leave the establishment without any compensation.
